Add City Country Name to time zones

This phpnuke mod adds cit and country names to time zones.  This download was created by Steve DeMarcus and takes less than a minute to install.  In the download you will find the detailed instructions about what phpbb2 files have to modded to make this work for phpnuke.

Would you like to offer your users a more informative method to select the time zone they are living in when they register on your site. With this lon file edit you can now do this with this MOD. It should take no more than a minute to edit the file then just upload the altered file to your web server and there it is in about 10 minutes total. See the below screen shot of this MOD in action.
